Top Ten Tuesday anordnas varje vecka av the Broke and the Bookish. Veckans tema är: Top Ten Books That Would Be On Your Syllabus If You Taught X 101 (examples: YA fantasy 101, feminist literature 101, magic in YA 101, classic YA lit 101, world-building 101).
Så här kommer mitt tema - även om det är väldigt basic så kändes det ändå rätt, och var jättesvårt att välja böckerna, så de kommer inte heller i någon ordning (hehe la till och med till några extra på slutet #leverfarligt):
Top Ten Books That Would Be on My Syllabus If I Thought YA (Young Adult) Literature:
(Och åh juste, la till ett citat från varje bok istället för att motivera mina val, tänkte att det kunde bli lite intressant, enjoy :)
Jag, En av David Levithan
"If there's one thing I've learned, it's this: We all want everything to be okay. We don't even wish so much for fantastic or marvelous or outstanding. We will happily settle for okay, because most of the time, okay is enough."
Rör mig inte! av Tahereh Mafi;
"The moon is a loyal companion.
It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human.Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections."
We Were Liars (Kanske är det allt du behöver veta) av E. Lockhart
"Do not accept an evil you can change."

Fangirl av Rainbow Rowell
"I don’t trust anybody. Not anybody. And the more that I care about someone, the more sure I am they’re going to get tired of me and take off."

“Then you say it again tomorrow. Because it might be. You never know, right? At some point, tomorrow will be better."

"So, I guess we are who we are for alot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them."
Vilka böcker skulle ni själva välja om ni lärde ut YA?
